Dr. Gautam holds PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada, ME from the University of Tokyo, Japan and BE from Tribhuvan University with Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medal. His specialization areas include concrete technology, applied mechanics and structures. Dr. Gautam has fifteen years’ professional experience in hydropower, concrete industry and academia. He worked for Butwal Power Company, Hydro Consult Engineering, Swachchha Urja Bikas Pvt. Ltd., Sarthak Concrete Pvt. Ltd., University of Toronto, Tribhuvan University and Kathmandu University. While he is presently serving as a member of the Province Planning Commission in Butwal, he is also associated with HOMS PVt. Ltd.
