Short Biography

Mr. Vipen Kumar is a skilled professional in the hydropower sector with over 8 years of experience in project operations and management. He holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, which has provided him with strong technical expertise in plant operation, maintenance, and system optimization. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the efficient functioning of several hydropower projects, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving abilities. He is currently serving as the Plant Manager at the Mistri Khola Hydroelectric Project (42 MW), where he is responsible for overseeing overall plant performance and ensuring reliable power generation.
